MEDBOND PONZI CRIMINAL CASE UP DATE.
 
Two accused Jaco Van Heerden and Andries Muller who are out on bail will re-appear in the Stanga Courts in Durban on the 23 rd October to be notified of a Regional Court date and then when the case is transferred to the Regional court trial proceedings will begin.
 
They are only appearing on one case at the moment, there have been multiple talks with high officials in the NPA and SAP in SA to bring all the cases country-wide down to Durban High Court.
 
I currently have 15 Cases totalling +- R 126 Million and there are more cases country wide . We suspect the total to be +-R 250 Million + worth of Criminal Cases open country-wide.
 
The two suspects on bail at the moment will be facing multiple charges as well when these cases are brought to the Durban High Court which are linked to the Criminal Cases Open already.
More Arrests are Imminent as well.
 
It has been a huge Investigation with multiple Investigators. It was cleverly put together this Medbond Ponzi Scheme but you never to clever you cant just take peoples money say its Invested and just spend it as if it was all yours.
 
The evidence is over whelming but may I add you are Innocent until proven Guilty in SA law so everyone has a chance to defend them selves.
 
There is a lot more going on in the background which cannot be discussed at the moment I hope you all understand.
 
I will provide further updates as developments change and move forward .

Coast To Coast Bad Debt collection and recovery

Three more arrests are expected to be made in connection with the alleged MedBond Insurance Administrators ponzi scheme.

This is according to private investigator Sean Pierce.

His comments come in the wake of one of the scheme’s directors, Jaco Van Heerden, from Ballito, appearing in court this week.

Following a press release letter from the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) on the 27/08/2021 Provisionally withdrawing the licenses of Medbond markets and Medbond Insurance brokers and warning the public against conducting financial services business with Medbond fund managers.
